We are investigating an issue on a2s19 that is causing repetitive downtime on server a2s19. At this time it appears that intermittent memory errors have caused the server to periodically crash. We are performing a full chassis hardware replacement with the exception of the units storage, and expect the system to be up within the hour.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused; due to the intermittent nature of the problem, it was extremely hard to diagnose. Please contact support if you have any questions.

The replacement is complete, server is back up, and we will be monitoring it very closely to make sure that fixed the problem.  BIOS logs did indicate it was a memory problem, but to be safe we replaced the whole server minus storage as previously indicated.
