Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up Google Checkout using PHP 5. I'm very confused about how the whole ssl/https thing works. Google Checkout requires that the response handler be under SSL. I've tried accessing the A2 Hosting shared certificate location but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried a web browser and ftps.

Also, besides the nice looking url... is there an advantage to using my own secure cert. and dedicated IP over just using the shared?

What URL are you using exactly and what isn't working?

One of the downsides of the shared SSL URL also is that stats won't work for that link and won't show up in your normal stats generation.
