A network event outside of our control occurred this morning that affected particular servers on our network. There was an extremely large distributed denial of service attack on our data center and there may have been some degraded network conditions. Events such as these are highly unusual and unfortunately are completely out of our control.
All servers were up during this time period but those affected may have noticed intermittent and/or very slow connectivity.
This issue has been resolved and we are currently working with one of our upstream bandwidth providers to implement redundancy on their end so traffic is properly routed around affected pipelines if such an event were to occur again.
