I don't know where these reviews come from or how some of these hosting companies get these star ratings.

I've just transferred from IX Web Hosting. I won't go into my tale of woes that I suffered at IX, but it's enough to walk away from a two year contract.

Strangely, IX get a high rating here too, but the customer reviews are damning.

Don't rely on these charts. The hosting companies that don't need to advertise are the better ones.
