At 9:30pm the main IP address on a2s32.a2hosting.com stopped responding. All other IP's on the server remained pinging. Traceroutes to the IP showed the issue was caused by our upstream provider. After contacting them they were able to repair the router causing the problem and service was restored at approximately 12am.
Mail on all sites would have been delayed but should now be delivering correctly. Websites on the address 69.39.67.140 would not have been displaying. All web sites with dedicated IP addresses on the server would have been unaffected by this outage.
