I recently used Fantastico to Upgrade ZenCart from an older version 1.2.7d to the current version of 1.3.3.7.
Long Story short - The web page is all messed up because of some customization that I had done a while back. I need to get the old site back up and running while I figure out how to piece the upgrade together and then switch to the upgraded site. I have done all of the backups, but don't know if doing the backups will restore the ZenCart install at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.

I received a fast response from A2hosting saying that if I have the backups then I can do the restore myself, and it should put me back where I was. They also said that they keep routine backups and that I could have them do it for $25 per restore. Since I had the backups I crossed my fingers and uploaded the backup file. Five minutes later my messed up site was back to the way it was. I am glad that wasn't more painful.
