Our engineer onsite has located a hardware failure and is currently provisioning new hardware. We expect this to be resolved and all sites hosted on this server should be back up within an hour.

a2s13 is back up on replacement hardware. We do apologize for the delay however this hardware problem presented itself in a very unusual way which is what caused the delay in getting service back up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and as you are probably aware this type of thing is an extremely unusual event. We will be figuring out the root cause of the hardware malfunction on the old server and attempting to mitigate any future problems.
