The Ann Arbor data center went offline today at about 3:10am Eastern Time. Customers on a2s2, a2s3, a2s4, our VPS customers and a limited number of dedicated servers may currently be experiencing connectivity problems. This is due to a severe backbone outage that we are working with out upstream data providers to resolve.
