Currently, the Webdisk feature that is available in cPanel is not compatable with OS X Leopard.  When a fix is available we will update this post.

Webdisk DOES work on OS X versions 10.4.X and lower.

Webdisk also works on Windows Vista but you may need to download an update from Microsoft.

cPanel has finally implemented a Leopard compatible webdisk connector.   With the recent batch of server updates last week this new feature should be available on all servers.   Just use the script that downloads to your desktop from the "Webdisk" menu in cPanel.
