How do the new limits set on the 23rd affect those of us who have one of the older packages?  Seems to me the new "small biz" package has a ton more disk space than I have and I have just paid a year's worth of hosting.  Will we get upgraded?

Yep, if you find yourself running into quota problems just contact support to request an update to the new limits.  Not a problem at all.
