We are in the planning stages of a major website update that will provide a more eye catching, easier, and more seemless customer experience. This will include more detailed information about our packages, policies, and procedures as well increasing the level of integration between our control panel, billing, and support systems.
We are also investigating possibly re-tooling our package offerings and services. Nobody would be forced to change packages so don't worry!
We would like to welcome any suggestions you may have that would make your A2 Hosting experience more satisfying or what things you find attractive and unattractive about our current services offerings.
Don't be shy, we won't ignore your support requests just for being honest!
